The official 2025 USCIS civics test — every question, real wording.
The officer asks 20. You need 12. Ready?
This is the complete 2025 USCIS naturalization civics test in practice form: all 128 official questions, in the official wording, turned into multiple choice so you can drill them anywhere. Applicants who file Form N-400 on or after October 20, 2025 take this version of the test. At the interview, a USCIS officer asks up to 20 questions from this exact pool — answer 12 correctly and you pass the civics portion. Our 20-question mode mirrors the real sitting, the 10-question mode gives you a quick daily drill, and Full 128 runs the whole bank.
Applicants who are age 65 or older with 20 or more years as a permanent resident qualify for the 65/20 special consideration: they study only 20 designated questions and are asked up to 10, needing 6 correct. Tap the ⭐ Senior 65/20 List category to practice exactly those 20 official questions. After every answer you get a short explanation with context — including a warning on the questions whose answers change, like the name of the president, vice president, speaker of the house, and chief justice. Always confirm current officials at uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates shortly before your interview, and know your own state's governor, capital, senators, and representative.
